Design Brand, Learning, and Careers is a division within Airbnb's Design Org, overseeing Airbnb Design's reputation and culture. I was tasked with developing a cohesive identity to represent the group to internal and external audiences, unifying their three sub-teams: Design Brand, Design Learning, and Design Careers.
